Cindy Autuchovich is the Website Supervisor at the Department of Revenue and brings 27 years of dedicated service to the table. Beginning her journey in the agency's call center where she answered tax questions and served as a lead, Cindy swiftly transitioned to the Website Group in 2005, now known as the Customer Experience (CX) Team, where she’s diligently overseen the enhancement of DOR’s website content ever since. Cindy’s team oversees three different DOR websites. Her unwavering commitment lies in ensuring that DOR’s online tools are effortlessly accessible to all visitors. Proudly rooted in the Lacey area, Cindy shares her life with her high school sweetheart turned husband Mike, along with their cherished companions: Marlee, their faithful dog, and Huck, their beloved cat.
