Ashley is set to change project management practices statewide. Transitioning from her previous position as Technology Agile PMO Director for Blue Nile, Inc., she brings experience across various industries. With degrees in psychology and marketing, a master's in education, and project management certifications, Ashley aims to lead WaTech's team into the Agile era.

Ashley plans to establish an Agile PMO and a Center of Excellence for project management. Her objective is to formalize best practices for successful initiatives across agencies.

Outside of work, Ashley is a frequent scuba diver, diving locally in the Puget Sound and abroad.
